    From 2017 to today.

    We’re a full-service, founder-led design studio creating deeply personal spaces through an end-to-end process that’s as thoughtful as the final result.

    Our approach blends intuitive design with comprehensive project management, guiding each residential or hospitality project from initial concept to final styling. With a commitment to create spaces that feel like personal sanctuaries rather than showrooms, we favor timeless design that reflects each client’s authentic story and what they value most.

    Through our partnerships with leading hospitality groups and our oversight of design and brand consistency across 27 commercial properties, we bring an expert understanding of flow, durability, and ambiance to hospitality spaces. This experience informs our residential work, ensuring each home we create balances beauty with comfort and livability.

    Since our inception, we’ve been featured in publications including AD Italia, Elle Decor, Domino Mag, and Cottage & Gardens, and honored with AD Pro 2025 and 2026.

  • Samantha Tannehill

    Founder & Principal Designer

    After two decades in fashion and time spent exploring real estate, Samantha's intuitive eye for architecture and spatial flow led her to the world of interior design. In 2017, Tannehill Interiors took shape, combining her profound love for art and design.

    Samantha’s background brings a distinct perspective that allows her to understand both the aesthetic and the practical needs of her clients.

    Guided by the character of each space and her client's aspirations, she listens deeply, taking time to understand their goals before shaping the creative direction. Her role is never to impose, but to translate a vision into reality, balancing beauty and function so every design feels natural, considered, and entirely personal.

  • Oliver Rumney

    Designer

    Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Oliver developed a deep appreciation for the arts early on in life through his mother's career in interior design. After studying musical theatre, he discovered his passion for mixed media art and design. In 2021, Oliver broadened his creative perspective during a six-month stay in London, where he explored his family heritage and showcased his artwork at The Holy Art Gallery. Upon returning, he relocated to New York City to pursue a career in interior design.

    Since joining Tannehill Interiors in 2022, Oliver has become a key contributor to the design team, bringing creativity, dedication, and a strong visual sensibility to every project.

  • Marissa Devlin

    Residential Project Manager

    Marissa is a seasoned construction and design professional with a passion for creating exceptional spaces. Originally hailing from Long Island, Marissa got her start in design and construction while living in Dublin, Ireland, where she honed her skills and expertise in the industry.

    Whether it's a residential renovation, commercial construction, or interior design project, Marissa approaches each endeavor with meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to exceeding expectations.

    Commercial Project Manager

    Aurora brings a wealth of knowledge in project and operations management. With experience overseeing residential, multi-family, and commercial projects across New York City and beyond, she excels at coordinating complex logistics, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining seamless communication between clients, contractors, and the design team.

    Her expertise spans budgeting, material procurement, scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and specifications management — all with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects with excellence. Known for her drive, organization, and hands-on approach, Aurora strives to ensure every project runs smoothly from beginning to end.
