An intentional approach to sophisticated living.
Our work goes beyond aesthetics; it begins with listening. Every project is shaped by the lives lived within, the architecture, and the goals of a space. Through a full-service approach and a deep respect for space and materials, we create places that feel intentional, organic, and entirely their own.
Work With Us
What we excel at
-

A Seamless Experience
We manage every phase of your project — from the first contractor call to the final styling day — with precision, clear communication, and a calm that's hard to find in this industry. Our clients don't chase updates or coordinate trades. They trust us to handle the complexity so they don't have to.
-

Designing with Intention
Every selection we make is deliberate. We blend vintage and repurposed finds with bespoke contemporary pieces, prioritizing quality, longevity, and the kind of specificity that makes a space feel like no one else's. Nothing is filler. Everything earns its place.
-

Design That Endures
From private residences to 27+ commercial properties, we design spaces that hold up — aesthetically and operationally. Our work doesn't date because it was never trend-driven to begin with. It was built around you, your architecture, and the way you actually live or operate.

Hospitality Interior Design
We design restaurants, hotels, and commercial spaces that are as purposeful as they are memorable. Our process begins with brand — understanding who you are, who you're welcoming, and what a guest should feel the moment they walk in. From there, we build every decision around that vision: spatial flow, material durability, operational logic, and the details that make a space feel considered rather than assembled. We've overseen design consistency across 27+ commercial properties, and we bring that same rigor and care to every project, regardless of scale.

INQUIRE
A glimpse at our comprehensive design process.
Prioritizing collaboration, we guide each step with care, clarity, and a deep respect for your investment.
-
We'd love to learn about your project. Fill out our inquiry form and share the details of your space and what you're hoping to create. If we're a strong fit, we'll reach out to schedule a complimentary discovery call — along with our investment guide, so you have a clear picture of our process and pricing before we connect.
-
This is where we get to know each other. We'll talk through your vision, your timeline, and what you're hoping to feel in your finished space. It's also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of how we work.
-
We come to you. Walking your space together is one of the most valuable parts of our process — it's where we start to see the potential, identify the constraints, and understand the way you move through your home or property.
-
We'll present a tailored proposal outlining our recommended scope, initial design direction, projected costs, and timeline. When you're ready to move forward, we formalize the partnership with a signed agreement and deposit — and the work begins.
-
We convene at your space with the full Tannehill Interiors team for a thorough site review and detailed measurements. This is where the planning begins — we assess the space in full, ask the right questions, and gather everything we need to build out your design concept.
-
We present your full design concept — for renovation scopes this covers interiors, plumbing, electrical, millwork, and beyond; for furnishings scopes, this includes your complete furniture plan, lighting, textiles, and selections. You'll have dedicated time to review, ask questions, and share feedback. We work through revisions collaboratively — this often takes a round or two — until the design is exactly right and fully resolved. Having a finalized plan before anyone else enters the picture means cleaner drawings, clearer scopes, and contractor quotes you can actually rely on. Once the design is approved, we send drawings out to our trusted general contractors and manage the bidding process on your behalf.
-
With selections approved, we move into full procurement mode. We manage every order, vendor relationship, and delivery schedule — coordinating across trades and suppliers to ensure everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. You'll receive regular updates throughout so you always know where things stand, without having to ask.
-
We conduct a thorough walkthrough with you and the contractors to confirm every detail is complete and in its place. Then comes styling day — the final layer where your space comes fully to life. When it's all done, we step back and hand it over to you.
At your service.
How do I get started?
We’re honored you’re considering us for your space. Please fill out our design inquiry form, and we’ll be in touch with you shortly.
How long do projects typically take?
Every project is unique, and timelines may vary depending on the complexity, size, and location. Upon inquiring and sharing more about your project, we’ll be able to provide you with a more accurate timeframe in the early stages of planning. In the meantime, here are typical timeframes for our services:
Residential Full-Service Design & Renovation: 6-12 months
Residential Furnishings: 3-6 months
Hospitality Interior Design: 4-12 months
Design Advisory Services: 10 hours
Where do you source your pieces from?
We aim to be mindful in the way we create and curate, by prioritizing vintage and repurposed items complemented with carefully selected pieces. We source from local and approved vendors and artisans that deliver quality work, ensuring each piece enhances the unique spaces and reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Can you work with my existing furniture and decor?
Yes, we do our best to incorporate existing furnishing into your designs and offer options to update the material of existing furnishing or finish if needed.
What is your pricing structure?
We believe in transparent luxury pricing with no surprise fees and complete documentation.
We have a price per square foot model that eliminates the confusion of hourly billing with complex projects. Beyond our base fee, we operate on industry-standard markups that ensure quality and accountability. Those include a 30% markup on trade pricing for furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and a 10% markup for general contract and project management. This structure allows us to maintain long-standing relationships with premium vendors and contractors throughout your project and beyond.
